I have been using a Pullrite SuperGlide hitch since 08 and have been very happy with it.
Earlier this year, the guy that does repairs on my trailer removed the capture plate so he could move the trailer with his truck. When he did the white nylon block the mounting bolt screws into fell apart. He told me that he couldn't find a replacement.
I called Pullrite this morning and Alex asked me for my address. He's sending me two - a replacement and a spare - free of charge!
