I have been using a Pullrite SuperGlide hitch since 08 and have been very happy with it.
Earlier this year, the guy that does repairs on my trailer removed the capture plate so he could move the trailer with his truck. When he did the white nylon block the mounting bolt screws into fell apart. He told me that he couldn't find a replacement.
I called Pullrite this morning and Alex asked me for my address. He's sending me two - a replacement and a spare - free of charge!

I was having my 14 year old Pullrite hitch powder coated. I called Pullrite for the springs and bushings. They sent a kit that has all the pieces i wanted at no charge. I was not having any problem with the hitch, just some minor rust spots. Now it looks like new. Almost hate to use it. Good product.... Good company.
