Maintenance?
I get the oil and filter changed every spring, and lube what needs to be lubed. I get the propane and water filled as needed, and dump the holding tanks as needed.
that's about it.
a fifth wheel should have the wheel bearings packed and the brakes inspected annually. The propane and water should be filled as needed, and the holding tanks dumped as needed.
We lived in a 32 foot triple slide fiver for a little over two years, moving every 13 weeks. It was great to live in, and having a one ton dually for a daily driver was no big deal.
However, I like the 32 foot single slide Class A MoHo much better. Having the PT or the Jeep for a daily driver is wonderful. true, there seems to be a little less actual living space in the MoHo, but it isn't all that bad.
