If you buy a new MH,listen to it on a quiet night. You can actually hear it depreciate. I have had 2 mhs, 2 5th wheels, 4 TTs. I find what works best for me is my 30 ft 5th wheel w/ one slide. And very few automatic things to go wrong. And finding a used high quality well maintained rig. Happy Trails
