Unless the road agency is fighting you on widening the drive, just add a few feet to the culvert. Much easier to do it right vs making do.
Backing into the drive might be easier or might not but you don't want to find out the hard way.
Likewise, any kind of temporary bridge that I would trust is going to be very heavy to move in and out of place.
