We live and do most of our RVing here in the mountain west and four corner states, we have a 33' TT toyhauler that comes in at 10K# when fully loaded with toys and water. Our 3/4 ton Chevy Silverado 4x4 gets us everywhere we need to go, which is primarily high elevation camping.
Yeah, it revs up pretty good to get over some of the steep inclines, and yeah it can get quite thirsty doing so, but it is dedicated to hauling our rig around and just sits in the garage awaiting duty otherwise, works great for our situation. She loves to work and has always delivered.
