I was looking at this kind of toy hauler last fall. I really liked the aluminum construction but could not find one big enough for the toy and my wife did not like what some here have called "space station decor". I ended up with a traditional toy hauler without a separate garage.
This information may not be current but the three contenders I was looking at were:
1. Livin Lite - Since Thor bought them they have been slowing turning the toy hauler line into a product they are more used to. I wrote them off when the aluminum roof became a rubber roof last fall.

2. VRV - Run by one of the original Livin Lite founders who split off.

3. ATC - http://aluminumtoyhauler.com/
None of these will fit in a 9.5' door, however. A few years ago when I was in your situation, I decided to raise the roof of the center bay of my pole barn. The inspector was scratching his head, but it passed.
