I have a 2005 Nomad Rampage and I am having power problems. I am looking for the transfer switch and I haven't been able to find it. Do any of you know where it may be located?

Just follow the power from the generator (big black wire) and it should lead you right to it. Mine looks like a gray junction box about nine or ten inches square.

Thanks I will do a little more searching to see if I can find it. I may need to take my distribution panel out. I could see that the inverter was part of it but I wasn't sure about the transfer switch.

On my 08 Attitude 23AK with a Parailax 7300 converter/load center the transfer switch is built it to the unit in a area next to the 110V breakers. I don't think mine was ment to be serviced but I replaced the transfer switch and solved the issues I was having

Generally it will be right near where your power cable enters your RV. They are often behind a wall in a storage area as they are not something most users will need to deal with. We had issues with ours and found while it was unpowered we could rap on it with the but of a screw driver a few times and it would reset. I did try blowing it out of dust and that seemed to help, but finally just had it replaced.

I do not have your unit but in my unit the transfer switch was pop riveted to the back of the circuit breaker box. I could not see it at first and traced the wires to find it

Edit: It was in utility box on the back of the CB panel
