Very frustrating situation, going to blow some steam!

Whoever asked "is it really worth it for 4 times a year?" hit the nail on the head. You're kind of stuck between a rock and a hard spot. If you keep it, you're most likely going to continue with the problems. If you sell it, or trade it in, you'll feel bad for the next family that gets stuck with it.....
