water drain rail

after installing new fan and sealing front seam, I checked the screws one the rain gutter. most were loose and could not be tightened up. if I put in a longer screw they would tighten up ok. I want to seal the top of rail, should I replace all the screws, or is it needed.
should I put in something in the hole and then screw it in.

Good suggestion but it could just be that the screws were over tightened too.

  • You can use a golf tee, insert it with a little bit of glue on it. Cut it off flush with the side of the RV and then pilot hole drill it.
