Water overflow

I have a 2014 Alpine fifth wheel. Recently, one of my gray water tanks overflowed. The water leaked somewhere under the floor, not in the shower basin as expected. Does anyone know if there is some type of overflow device installed underneath?

    No, that's not right. If you overfill the grey tank it will normally come up through the shower as you say.

    I suspect a problem with the plumbing connection to the gray water tank ... if your still under warranty take the rig back and get it fixed.
