Just because an RV has a GVWR that is higher than the trucks rating doesn't necessarily mean the RV is loaded up to full capacity. I repeatedly weighed my setup on DOT scales and was quite often over 1000 lbs under the GVWR of the RV. Lets not get to hung up on technicalities. I carried those weights receipts with me.
