In actuality, it is about intelligence. Would you expect the toaster in the back of your car to work without being plugged in? Where are people coming from that the simplest of things that we use every day baffle and confuse them? They probably know that the charging adapter will nor work if it isn't plugged in or the hose will not put out any water unless connected to something. Last I checked, there is nothing about buying an rv that makes your brain fall out. Maybe some are used to having lamps that do not work at home because nobody told them to plug them in but those people should not be driving anything more complicated than a tricycle.
