I can understand some of what OCMan is saying.
As an example we camped in a rv park for years and enjoyed its location and others there. Well the owners sold out and the new owner changed the focus of the park. He did make several improvements but also some changes that did not sit well with us. It became a "family" park. It was a family park before the changes. The first season we endured with people walking through our site and letting their pets run loose and take dumps wherever they pleased. We thought possibly it was the location of our site. We tried a second season but it was worse. One "guest" walked right across under our awning while my wife and I were sitting there. Enough. We have not returned and will not return to that park.
The only thing I can say to OCMan is take your money elsewhere. There are parks out there that have not been overrun.
