we just completed our first vacation with our new Wildcat 337FB. had a great experience with the drive from Maryland to Williamsburg, VA. the truck did great getting the camper moving and more importantly stopping. we took 301 both down and back and the traffic was difficult on the way back. i really can't believe how many people will just cut in front of you after passing in a right turn only lane!the concern i have is the way the trailer is sitting on the truck. i didn't notice the amount of squat until we stopped for lunch on the way back.Wildcat Photosthe guys at the rv dealer looked at the hitch setup and confirmed that i have everything set correctly but that i might need to make some adjustments. what do you think? Your pictures didn't come up. In my experience the RV dealerships employees are some of the laziest and ironically the least educated people about RVs that I have ever met. You might need to get some helper springs or airbags.

I can see the pics, I would install air bags.

You have to be patient for the pics to come up.

Agree with both of "Cummins12V98" posts.

I tow a 34' 5th with a 1T SRW CTD - when the suspension "takes the load", the bed will go down - but *not* squat like that.

IMO - the easiest (temporary) "fix" would be the airbags.

It does look like airbags will help level you out. If you go that route, be sure to get the compressor as well...so that you can adjust on the fly.

That 5vr has a 13,800# GVWR......within your 2013 3500 SRW ratings.

Put a set of 'timbrens' on rear, run truck rear tires at 80# when towing and go camping.
Enjoy!

My 5vr is 13,830# (weighed----14,375# GVWR) and I am right at RAWR/Rear tire max load ratings with a 2920# pin weight.

I was assuming his truck was a 2500. I looked again and yes it's a 3500. So should be within specs as you said. He must have a hell of a lot of "stuff" loaded in the RV and possibly bed of TV for the rear to be lower than the front.

I am a RAM guy but that pic does not impress me.

Do you have a leveling kit on the Ram? I only ask as mine sits tail high unloaded, and is just a bit better than level with the 5er attached.
You should be within ratings, add bags or Timbren's.

That was going to be my question as well. My truck always looked overloaded when I had a 2" level and more than 500lbs in the bed/hitch, even with airbags.
