Well I called up the very (un)helpful law office that informed me my trailer FS3400 is not part of the suit but I'm still eligible for tire replacement cost & hitch cost. I'm still trying to figure out what is going to be done about my 1780lb tongue weight and my 11640lb empty weight with no water toys food clothes anything on board.13185lbs with just water and gas so I guess i have to get an entirely new truck and trailer so i can use my toys when I go out if I had known it was a camper only I would have bought a 5th wheel so I could get enough weight carrying capacity to include the toys when we go. I suggested to WW when it was at the repair facility to add another axle and they told me it was fine just the way it is and I should have no problems and also went as far as to tell me to consult the selling dealer about the EXTREME WEIGHTS???????????????. Well I'm not sure what the dealer can do about the manufacturers absolutely inaccurate weights posted on the unit. I drive a dodge 3500 with the 2 1/2 inch hitch box and the dual cam sway control and I'm really getting tired of replacing the hitch and sway control parts on a yearly basis since the trailer is overweight as to what is stated on the trailers actual weight. Well my front compartments are starting to bind and I now have to use a screwdriver to pry open the fueling station since the walls are sagging on both sides the drive on wheel wells are still separating from the walls and floors as they have been since trip 1. Well enough venting from me my final thought is that a $43000 toy hauler should be fixed properly or taken back by the manufacturer for full credit towards another unit. I love the design and layout but please take care of the situation WW fix the mistake.
