Any customer who currently has an issue, we are standing behind [them]. If they have an issue that has not been resolved, we are directing them to contact us here, locally, or the dealership in their area.

Hey Tony (anarion55). Can you start a new thread for the tire issue? This really isn't the right thread for it.
Thanks!

Don't think I've ever seen an E rated tire got to 95psi. Are you sure about that?

Last month, we installed 16" steel wheels & Carlisle load range "E" tires (mfgr p/n 5193411), rated at 3960 lbs each @ 95 PSI (for a total tire capacity of 15,840 BUT - the best 6-lug, 16" wheels available are only rated for 3200 lbs each @ 80 PSI (total of 12800 - which is about the GVWR of the trailer anyway, but less than the tires). To get higher capacity wheels, we'd have to change the axles & go to 8-lug hubs/wheels.
But still, we now have 2400 lbs more capacity than we had with the "D" range tires. In addition, the rating on the wheels is most likely conservative, so we probably have an additional 100-200 lbs per tire as a safety margin. We don't intend to push that limit, but still; it's nice to know it's there.
I hope this long-winded post is helpful; if you have a similar problem, check your tire load rating... if we had done it sooner we'd have saved LOTS of $$$ and headaches.
Tony

Just got back home from picking up our trailer at Warrior Lifestyles in Corona, CA. Very dissapointing!!! The inside of the trailer was a disaster. Several things that they said they had done off of the punch list weren't done (we only discovered these things by going over the trailer before we drove it off the lot). While on the way home the new bond between the metal on the front and the rubber on the roof started to come apart, lift, and flap in the wind. This is after paying these guys $4700.00. We called them to complain and were told that the trailer was just fine when it left the lot and all they could for us was send us the materials to fix it ourselves! Also, because we live in "snow country" we had winterized the unit a few weeks before taking it into them--when we picked it up I noticed water in the shower and in an empty trash can. When I questioned this, I was told it was from them pressure washing it and the water getting in through the vents. We decided to make sure there was no water in the tanks...thank goodness we did because there was at least a gallon...so we winterized again. We drove 15 hours one way down and back two times to have them fix this trailer and once they were paid, boy did the attitude change! By the way, they told us it is a Zieman frame from 2006.
