1st Anniversary Reflections as a Full-Time RVer

Hi All:
I spent some time this past weekend summing up how my life has changed after 1 year of full-time RVing. Some surprising and unexpected twists in the road, but overall I've not regretted this lifestyle change & look forward to more years to come as a full-timer!

  • Wait until you've been out 5 or so years and go back and review your blog post. You will grin at how much you though you knew and realize at how much you hadn't even yet considered.

  • Congratulations! In November we will begin our 10th year as full-timers. Have been in every state of the Union, including Alaska.
Have never looked back or had any unsurmountable problems. Wouldn't
trade the life-style for anything. Will continue until I can no longer feel comfortable driving the MH. Good luck and Happy Trails!
  • Thank you for such lovely comments. I sure hope to be full-timing (and blogging) for many more happy years!

  • Your Blog is beyond epic with adventure and usable insight. Thanks sooo much for sharing!
  • Your Blog is very nice…God answers all prayers, sometimes immediately and sometimes with “not just yet”, but hears everything and never gives us more than we can handle. That’s where friends and family come in to fill the voids. Your words hit home with me and I will look to the future a little differently than before. I will follow your blog and pray you stay safe and happy during your travels. Thanks for sharing your thoughts…
  • Good post. Now that you have passed the one year milestone, we full timers will let in on "the secret."

It is: The more time goes on, the better it gets.
  • I'm not one for following blogs but that was truly enjoyable and insightful . Thanks
  • Thought provoking post and long may you be free of disease:).
