Chasing 75 degree weather all year? Need some input

One of the biggest reasons I'm living in my RV is so I can chase the climate, west coast only. I was dreaming today of a mythical place(s) where it's "always" 75 degrees, with very low humidity and...

Exactly..
If the OP wants constant low humidity temps year round, the only place to find that is in the mountains on the equator. It sure ain't in the U.S.
