Florida. No state income tax, no personal property tax on cars and RV's, no vehicle inspections (other than proof of mileage when registering), no special license requirements for driving a motorhome and car/driving licenses can be renewed by mail.
Sometimes "no" is a good word. :)
Insurance is more expensive, but there's no deductible for glass (windshields).
