All healthcare purchased will be based on your legal physical address with health care being administered within your resident state.
Have yet to see how FT'rs will be able to get health care outside of state.....except for 'emergency services'
Yes the blogger has to pay state income taxes on monies earned within any state that has a state income tax......plus file his Federal via SD as 'domicile'
But paying taxes on monies earned in another state dose NOT qualify him for ACA via that state. It's based on his legal address....in his case SD.
