And if you are going to be boondocking, how are you going to run the a/c in the summer so you don't have a cooked dog when you get back from your 12 hour shift?
Wherever I CAMP, if I need to run the AC...I messed up. I only camp where there is Mostly optimal weather. Thanks for the concern.

Hope we are lucky enough to find only cool places in the summer we we are on the road. Pretty sure one of your posts said Texas though :-)
And you went from rv parks to boondocking. Sorry, but you will still be leaving your dog locked up for 12 + hours.
Good luck
Yes sir, optimal weather is what we are searching for during the summer. Went to boondocking as that sounded better than dealing with rv parks or anyone who has problems with the breed specified. Giving up my dog is not an option. Boondocking is now my first choice after many hours of research on this subject. Texas would definately be on my list if I take this full time. The 1st year out before selling/renting the house out will be a trial run. Lets see how it goes. Most of this research has revolved around being able to bring my dog along. Unlike most people, I can find a travel nurse position and during offtime;explore for 13wks. Please be kind and offer any good advice. I have been on this forum for a long time and offered my valued opinion to many others.
Thanks
Brooks
