How Do I Establish a Home Base
I'm Planning to go full time. How do I go about establishing a home base. My final destination one day will probably be Idaho. So I would like that to be my home base.

If you're under 65 and you have to purchase your own health care, then I'd start with the states that have BCBS PPO plans in this list of 15 states.
After that, look at taxes, fees, and obligations (like yearly vehicle emission tests).
To me, at first blush, of these 15 states, FL, NV, and AL look very good.
