How Do I Establish a Home Base
I'm Planning to go full time. How do I go about establishing a home base. My final destination one day will probably be Idaho. So I would like that to be my home base.

That's not because of Florida, it's State Farm's problem with insuring full-timers. You need to try other companies that specialize in full-timers.
Ditto. The insurance companies you used for your S&B may not be the ones used for full timing.
Check Miller Insurance. They are agents who sell for a lot of companies. They also sell "umbrella" liability insurance which you should get when you full time.
