We have ATT unlimited Plus. It allows 10 gb tethering. It's not cheap, but it works very well. There is no additional equipment needed. It's unlikely you would use more than 10 gb in a month for a business. It's streaming that eats up the data. We used this in Canada and Alaska this summer with very good results.
I am on the same plan, it is a nice feature and i got 20gb at my disposal (phone+tablet) also i am not 100% sure since i had to run and never could finish the chat. but i was talking with an att rep and i can run a hotspot device. For extra $20 per month and have unlimited 4g lte. It will slow down around 22gb which never has happened.. I think 38gb total was my max this month? Never slowed down.
Edit I don’t use that hotspot plan for movies but I found out a adapter hdmi to lighting cable (iphone user here) $40 from Walmart (apple brand) works pretty good android users probably have a cheaper setup.. On to the hotspot use, i use it to play with my friends on my xbox. Again i am not sure how much data it used but with this plan if i go over it drops speed down to 2g instead of paying a lot for going over.
