Well we finally did it, Wife quit her job and I sold my business. We are headed to Silverton, Colorado next week to spend the summer. We have been talking about it for years and last year a buisness opportunity came up so we bought the " Rocky Mountain Funnel Cake" shop in Silverton. Hope to be open by the end of the month. Let the adventure begin.....

Went to Durango 2 years ago for my 60th birthday and rode the train to Silverton. My wife says that I get to pick the vacation destination on any future multiple of age 60. I think that was due to the drive from Grand Junction, a real cliff hanger of a drive. You will love that area, I know that I do.
