RV interior remodeling

We will be in Mesa, Az this winter and would like to do some remodeling in the interior of our RV. (move TV, better pantry etc) Has anyone had anything done in Mesa, AZ? There are a couple of companies listed but know nothing about them.

    I'd find a cabinet maker or a finish carpenter for the work ... if you go to any kind of RV place, they likely will not have the skills for custom work.
