Updating shower

We have a 2007 fifth wheel. we have been fulltiming for 10 yrs, we have decided to to keep the rig a few more years. Our shower has seen better days. no leaks but wondering if there is some sort of paint or covering to spruce up the shower appearance.

    I have a 2012 Cameo and the shower shows stains from full time use also. I have a blog in RV,Net now asking for remedies to remove the white stains. So far nothing has worked. If you want to track my blog, I will be writing if I ever find something.
