WOW ! 10K feet ! I could NEVER handle THAT much elevation.... I get altitude sickness REALLY bad. One time went to a ski resort in Utah.... it was like 8K feet... I got SOO sick.... they drove me back down the mountain 4K ft and I was back to square on a few hours... but WOW was I sick. lol
I'm ok to drive thru mountain passes at a high altitude.... as long as I am not up there very long. I could never manage to stay up there... even overnight.
Best I can seem to get away with is about 7K ft.... after that.... I don't chance it.
