This is a very livable floorplan, with a large mid kitchen with more counterspace and cabinets than most. One option is for the 4 door refrigerator, in which case you lose the pantry next to the fridge. There is a desk area on the off-door side with 2 recliners on the back wall and a sofabed opposite.
If it is just the two of you, you may want to consider getting rid of the sofabed, moving the recliners to the sofa location and putting your office in the back.
We have the identical floorplan in the Landmark and think the layout would probably work for you. The outside storage bays are huge!

Yes..thank you. We had become enamored with the rear kitchen model, but we may have to give that up for office space.
