Susan & I changed to Rapid City, SD. However, ALL of out mail goes to Montgomery, IL. (Her daughter). So we are SD residents (driver License), but our mailing address is in Montgomery, IL. Domicile and mailing address can be different. Daughter, reads, discusses and then scan and email what is important to us. This saves us $$ in forwarding mail to a location.
