A friend has purchased his first RV and he is very excited. I have had a class a for 9 years so he asks me a lot of questions. Does this ford chassis have the same sway bars as the f53? What does it need to drive better? What suggestions would you have to upgrade the tv ? Any other helpful hints toward this model would help.
Thanks

We had a 1998 Sunflyer and it was on the F53 chassis. The TV was replaced with a 32" LED Smart TV attached to an arm on a wood panel across the TV console above the cockpit. We did replace the old video distribution but kept the Winegard OTA antenna. All in all, it was a good unit which had the major drawback of the kitchen being in the slide, so some of the plumbing developed leaks as it was used more and the slides went in and out. All very easily fixable, but a PITA.

It seemed to have the standard Ford sway bars, it handled just like other F53 chassis.

Check the roof to wall seal. Bad things happen when that goes bad.
There are 24 hours in every day - it all depends on how you choose to use them.

Not sure about the sway bar but it's easy to look and see.
