Thank you for reporting back with the results. It helps everyone.
My advice is worth exactly what you paid for it.

Replaced 2 Rodgers White 120 series contactors, system has returned to normal. Would recommend replacing both units at the same time. Thanks to all for the information.

You have NOT lost power to your HWH jacks. If you check the 12 volt battery cable at the HWH pump you will have 12 volts. What you have lost is the Ignition side of the systems that are failed. Tiffin uses a 12 volt solenoid to power the HWH control panel, The camera, The dash AC and the Mirrors and a few other ignition side items. Either the fuse powering the solenoid is bad or the solenoid is bad. Usually on an older motorhome the solenoid has failed. 2000 model, the solenoid is usually on the outside front firewall on the drivers side area. Doug
PS. sometimes cycling the Ignition key rapidly 10 to 15 times will cause a defective solenoid to close. But it will fail again once power is removed

On my system, a small wire(#6) comes off the chassis battery disconnect and feeds two crcuit breakers. They feed the accessory items. One feeds hot all the time the other feeds hot in run position.

Thanks for the info, still working the solution. Bud your analysis was exactly what systems were not powered.

The jacks should be powered straight from the batteries. The control circuit goes through the battery disconnect along with power to backup and mirrors. Cycle your battery disconnect.
Next check the battery control center for blow fuse or circuit breaker for accessories. Fuse or breaker for main power to accesory buss. I am guessing your electric mirrors don't work either.

Usually that means you messed with the chassis battery and either did not hook up a positive cable or connected that positive to Negative on the battery. Doug
