2002 HWH hydaulic slide won't move

Getting my Class C out of storage, plugged it in to house power. It's 2002 Chateau with one slide..The slide won't move but I hear the motor humming....Would a dead or low house battery be the problem even if it's plugged in?

Thanks for that reply. You're exactly right. I just extended the room with no problem. It was plugged into shore power but I guess didn't have time to charge enough to work the room...The room is out, the wife is happy...we're heading for Cullohwee NC Thursday for 4 days:) Granddaughter is graduation from WCU!
