2004 Sea Breeze how to replace water tank

I have a national sea breeze 2004 and needs to know how to get the tank out.I took it to a RV repair place and they said they would have to remove the fuel tank cut brackets off and cut the floor out to replace tank.about 3,500 to 4,000.
CAN ANYONE Help Me With This Problem I cannot believe it takes that much work to replace a water tank.

Basement models of MHs can have the tanks installed in the basement which makes replacement very hard and costly.
What is wrong with yours?

X2 on the mobile RV Tech. What is wrong with the water tank that it needs replaced?
Maybe a tech can repair the tank.

I,d find a local rv tech service in your area, and have them check it out, they come to you.
