2015-16 Coachmen Freelander 26RS

We have been search for years for a manufacturer to come up with a floor plan we like and be small enough to fit in our driveway. We are limited to 27-28ft and the DW MUST have a dinette on the passenger side and sofa on the driver's side. We wanted at least 35+ gallon of fresh water and good black and gray water tanks. Also, we need a bed in the rear to get me off the cabover. I didn't care too much for the corner beds and prefer the walk aroun queen size.
After much looking, I came across the Coachmen Leprachaun 260DS that fit most of the wants, but it cost way over our budget. The Freelander 26RS with one slide in the rear has all of the things the DW wants and is well within our budget. But for me, it's missing the driver's remote heated side mirrors, the black and gray water drain is outside and just to the rear of the left tire. I do like the fact that it has a ladder and I can request a spare, it has 4 or 5 vents and 2 or 3 vent fans. Choice of Chevy 4500 or Ford E-350.
But of course no one in California have any and none are expected for a few months. The closest dealer is going to be a good 90 minutes to 2 hours away.
I am not too happy about a Coachmen, as we are coming from a 2004 Winnebago Minnie Class C that we've outgrown.
Any thoughts, suggestions or comments?

Thanks, the Freelander has the old style nose cap.
