A/C not working

I have 2 Dometic A/C units they are both 13500, the front unit works fine the rear unit does not work at all. I tired it when it was plugged into the pedestal and generator. The rear thermostat controls the ac and the furnace does not turn on either unit. All brakers and fuses are not tripped. Thinking that the thermostat was bad I disconnected all of the wires from it. I connected the power wire to the white furnace wire and it came on but when I tried the same thing with the yellow ac wire nothing happened. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

put the thermostat back in the system and then go on the roof and pull the cover both units, You will see a RJ connect phone type . Unplug check for clean, use a tooth brush, plug back in and the do the other one. Try it now, and post back. Doug might ring in later, He works them more than I do. If this does not work then do a reset on the thermostat, might just do it first then if not working , then climb on top. Will get you a link on how to reset the thermostat in a sec.
