People who buy Newmar products come from all over the United States back to the factory in Nappanee Indiana to have the factory work on it!!!!!!!!
(I was just at the Newmar Factory about the two weeks ago and there were probably 30 units there to have Factory repairs done-- it's common in the motorhome industry)
I can assure you that the 30 units were not there for repairs. Some will have added features made or renovations. Many stop in for tours even though they already have one. They like to see 'what's new'. If folks are traveling through that area they just stop and chat with an employee - perhaps the one that you dealt with for months designing your motorhome. When ordering a custom coach at Newmar you really get to know the folks that build it. They help you immensely when choosing how to design it.
The Newmar network makes it very easy to get things done as you travel. You definitely don't have to return to the factory. We never returned to our selling dealer and never returned to the factory.

What do you think? Can the factory really dry out a ceiling so it does not get mold?

We have had enough. Bought 2016 American Coach Dream from Lazy Dayz in January. The first day the troubles started. Water leaking out the underside of coach, (pipes were not sealed together), the next day the shower wall fell off. Lazy Days did nothing, said it was between us and the factory. (We had not owned it for a day yet). Drove to factory, they fixed it. Left factory 2 weeks later. Since then the coach has been falling apart. Some of the problems. Water again leaking from the underside of coach, water leaking from the Aqua Hot, water pump sounds like it is taking off, trim has fallen off while driving, mud flap fell off and got dragged on highway, bed frame fell apart, floor tiles cracked, the air conditioning leaks water into the ceiling light and air vents (my guests have not been impressed), the drive train shakes the tag looses air pressure, the ignition switch fell apart (had to crawl under dash to start engine), along with all the little things you expect when you buy a new coach. What I am getting at here is, American Coach should not have let this or any other coach go out the door in such condition. The American Dream is their magazine advertising unit for many pictures. I would like to show all my pictures to anyone interested in buying from this company. I feel they should have to buy this back, without going into the legal system to get it done. What do you think?
