It will only become a problem if it moves as sticks in a position where it partially blocks the tank exit or in the bends of the plumbing.
My neighbour had a combe fall in the black tank, she thought that the tanks had been drained when she brought it home but, long storey.
Stuff had built up on the combe, that was caught somewhere to the point that the discharge from the full black tank was only a trickle
