Decided to recarpet the slide floor on our 42 foot Itasca Ellipse QD. It is 29 feet. Discovered we needed plastic piece to glue to carpet where the slide meets main floor. The old one had snapped. Called Winnebago on Monday. They figured out what we needed. It arrived today. Fast, efficient service. They also provided info on several other issues. Good job Winnebago.

Always nice to hear a success story through the manufacturer.

What I like the most is I can go online and get the drawings, all the manuals, explore the build in 3D and select a part, and even print a complete parts list for my specific serial number. The icing on the cake is some of those common parts are listed on Amazon through the Winnebago part number.
