Does anyone have Bilstein Comfort shocks on there Class C? If so how do they ride? I have Jayco 28' C and have the heavyduty shock by Bilstein and they ride very very ruff. So just asking if anyone is using the comfort ride shock. Thanks

The Koni-FSD shocks offer a better ride because of that little check valve inside that greatly reduces every little road imperfection. But at $177 per shock, they better do as claimed. CLICK HERE to see them.

I understand road conditions and such But you put a heavy duty shock on an F150 tk and you get a stiffer ride. Some what like a F250, you just dont have the payload of the F250. If they have a buy back of some sort I would switch to the softer shock. Mine are just a year and a half old. 2500 miles. I found the comfort control on e-shock I believe. The heavy dute are great shocks but i just think to stiff for 28' class C. My weight is around 13,500lbs. I also put the HWH stablizing bars on front and back for the sway problem. Help some what. Just wondering about the shocks.

My understanding is that shocks are intended to primarily control/dampen front and rear spring action. Harsh or softer ride has mostly to do with rear spring stiffness, load being carried and tire pressure. Other suspension upgrades help control steering and body sway, etc. Class C's tend to have stiff rear springs to cope with various loads in the rear which leads to jarring on concrete roads cupped from weather damage and wear from big rig trucks traffic.

Never heard of them. Im interested, I put bilsteins in my van and MH and i'm not all that impressed definitely ride harsh. My understanding is bilsteins have a lifetime warranty. Wonder if they would do an exchange?

When I bought them (e shock) they only listed one shock for my vehicles.
