converter location

Does anyone know the location of the converter on a 2017 Thor Freedom Elite 29FE? If so, please advise. I can call Thor but this Forum is usually the faster and better means to acquire info. Thanks, Larry

Behind fuse panel or near the stairs. Follow wires from 12V fuses and you'll run into it. Sometimes it's under the table seats.

Travelin2 is probably correct. Find the fuse panel. You can tell it by the plastic cover with a door that opens outward and down. The fuse panel is usually close to the floor. The Converter is usually right behind the fuse panel. Most of the time the Converter and fuse panel will be on the bottom of a row of drawers. You may have to remove the next drawer up in order to see and gain access to the Converter.

The Thor website does not list a 2017 Freedom Elite. The last year it shows is 2016. The models are listed alphabetically and it jumps from Four Winds to Gemini in the 2017 model lineup.

A little more searching shows freedom-elite.com and it lists it as Feedom-Elite by Thor....... basically a separate brand like Itasca was to Winnebago............... Marketing types do the strangest things.

Where is the breaker and fuse panel? under the fridge? It may be a double stack with the converter below the breaker and fuse panels.
