Look at Winnebago Sightseer 33C.

We have a 2012 Winnebago Sightseer 33C, and absolutely love it. We too were looking for TV across from sitting area, among other things, and found it to meet all our needs at a price we could afford.

Winnebago Vista. Looked at one yesterday.

I was going to tell you that most states do not require the non-commercial license for RV's based on weight, but I checked Maryland and they are one of the states that do require it. Also the 26,000 pound figure is the Gross Weight Rating of the vehicle, not the actual weight. So you may have a motorhome that weighs less than 26,000 pounds, but the GWR is over 26,000 pounds.

My motorhome is 2009 Itasca Meridain 34y which has everything on your wish list, plus more. The new Meridians are model 34b. The Newmar Ventana 3434 has same floor plan.

Not everything on the list. The 2009 Itasca Meridian 34y has a GVWR of 29,410 pounds.

There is a Newmar Bay Star with everything you want and the 26K GVW rating.

I am not sure what you mean by self-leveling. If you mean air bags that self-level while parked and in transit I doubt you can get that at your weight restriction but could add it for 6 or 7 grand. If you mean jacks the have auto level all of these do. I have the Vista 30T which meets all your needs and with three slides is great. I have added air bags for suspension at a cost of about six grand and love the ride and for another couple of grand could have it self-level. Sightseer and Vista are both a lot of coach for the money.

The Winnebago Adventurer 35P has all the items you're looking for. The Adventurer 32H has everything but the King bed. If the 32H appeals to you ask the dealer to get in touch with the Winnebago factory. Even though the king bed is not on the options list you may still be able to get one. We ordered a passengers power seat which wasn't on the list.
