Ours has a cover for one of the sinks that creates more counter. I have also seen rigs with counters similar to mine attach a folding counter top on the end. Folded down there is walk space, folded up they make for a tight corner to get to the rear, but give another 2 feet or so of counter top.

It seems that the new trend is to go to the goofy little round/oval euro style, won't have one, if that was the only thing available, my first mod when I got it home would be to put a double sink in. ;)
I think these stupid round sinks must have been designed by a man who never does dishes.
