Electric Windshield Shade problem

The electric shade in the windshield of my motorhome won't respond when I press the switch for it. I don't hear anything from the motor that moves it. The sunshade behind it was working fine but now will only go up and down about a foot. Are they both operated by the same motor?
Does this sound like something I can repair myself? Please help. It's hot out there!

On our rig the windshield sunshade and night shade have two seperate motors. Watching various videos on You Tube can give you some ideas on how that unit comes out and how to replace the motors. Might want to do both at the same time once you have them down and out.I had a warranty repair on my motorhome and watched the tech pull the unit out and replace the motor, not a terrible job.

I'll be following this. We have electric shades on the windshield and side windows and remote shades on the windows. The windows have shades and blackout shades with short wires (antennae) that have a small switch about the size of a pea that you compress for a moment to pair with the remote control board that handles the shades. The control board makes them all work.
I have one that I cannot reprogram per the instructions that stays down.
I'm sure there must be instructions some place on the internet to make it work. Not sure I want to tackle taking it down and disconnecting the wiring to make it happen. Certainly sure I don't want to deal with the shade and blackout on the windshield.
