On our rig the windshield sunshade and night shade have two seperate motors. Watching various videos on You Tube can give you some ideas on how that unit comes out and how to replace the motors. Might want to do both at the same time once you have them down and out.I had a warranty repair on my motorhome and watched the tech pull the unit out and replace the motor, not a terrible job.
