Back in the early 80's I insulated an E150 with fiberglass - it was a daily driver. While I didn't experience any dust in the van (the shag rug sealed it I guess!), when I made some modifications I found that the vibration had caused the fiberglass to deteriorate and sag - leaving the upper areas poorly insulated. I don't know if modern versions of fiberglass are better suited to handle road vibration.
