I've got about 5 fluorescent overhead lights that are not working. I've checked power and have none and have checked fuses and don't see any bad one ?

Sometimes they are wired in series and if there is a bad connection in the first in series, the others won't work. I had that problem with my bay lights.

Check simple things first. What I would do would be to remove them, one at a time and check the wire nut. If it's loose then the rest of that series won't work either.

YOu have no blown fuses and have checked for power and there is none, This leaves only 3 possible suspects:
1: You have no 12 volt power anywhere, Converter not working/plugged in and battteries dead
2: Bad wire or connection
3: And this is my favorite: on my RV some of the Florescent fixtures (3 0f them, well 2 now converted one to led) not only is there a switch on the fixture but there is a 3-way switch (Like you have on a hall or stairway in your house where you have two switches that work like an AND/NOR logic gate) that supply power to all 3 fixtures.

If both of these switches are UP or DOWN, lights light but if they are UP/Down (one each) there is no light.

One of the switches is just inside the door (Near the salesman switch) the other in my coach is on the master house control/sensor panel. But locations may vary with other manufactures and models.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

I had a problem with fuses blowing last spring. Turned out a I had a bad bulb that was shorting out and blowing the fuse. There were 2 basement lights, the powder room exhaust fan and the vanity lights on that fuse. If I replaced a fuse everything would work till the vanity light was turned on at the switch. I went through a box of fuses figuring it out.

I've had a couple of bad bulbs screw up the whole series of overhead florescent lights in my 5th wheel. None of it made much sense but I had to find a good pair of bulbs for each fixture. It was almost as if the whole string of fixtures were wired in series. You can buy those florescent bulbs at Lowe's or Home Depot. Nothing special about them.

Any chance they are 110V AC and you have a tripped breaker?

IF 12V DC..how did you check fuses? Looking at them doesn't always show one being bad. Best is to measure voltage on both sides of fuse.....clips can be bad or fuse not making good contact
Is it time for your medication or mine?

Did you check to see if power is reaching the incoming side of the ballast in the fixtures? They are polarity sensitive.
Are they on one switch or more then one? Have you checked for power at the switch(s)?
You need to test the fuses, not just look at them.

I take it these lamps are 12VDC lamps... Any chance any of this associated with your JUNE 2014 reports of heavy rain getting inside your RV through the roof vents...
