For Standard Gear, What's your ladder of choice?

I have the 7' GP Logistics ladder:

It has the advantage of taking very little room for storage. It's easy to setup/break down. It works well as a ladder for my motor home i.e. I use it occasionally and don't spend a lot of time standing on it. The treads aren't as big a regular ladders, so it is best used with good shoes. It's fine for use when cleaning windows, waxing the exterior, doing small repairs, etc. It's hard to beat if you want to save storage space.
