Ford diesel in 35' class C?

Today I saw a new large class C on a F550 chassis.
I believe it had Chataue or something like that on the side. It had a 35 by the entry door so I assume it was 35'.
I didn't see the Ford 6.7 or power stroke badges but the exhaust looked the same as the diesel pickups.
Just curious if this is the 6.7 diesel and if it has the same power rating as the pickups and I assume the 550 should have a pretty good payload and not be limited on weight as many class C MHs are?
Anyone have one or know anything about them?

Yes, check with the mfg on weight. Typically diesels will not be nearly as limited in weight capacity as gassers are.... Also tow capacity should be way more.
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

Sure would be nice to have the F-series legroom and engine accessibility. Also, the lower height of the F-series creates a lot of headroom in the cabover bed. Although this company is not known for their affordability, Dynamax is doing it with Ram:

Standard engine for the F-550 cab/chassis is the 3-valve V-10. Optional is the 6.7 Powerstroke rated for medium duty, 300 HP and 660 lb-ft.

For 2017 model year, Thor is installing buying the diesel for the Chateau Super C. GVWR is 19,500 pounds, GCWR with the diesel is 35,000 pounds. All four 2017 floor plans have 35 in the model number, 36 feet overall length give or take a few inches. You can get brochures at thormotorcoach.com.

This Active Thread discusses a Super C with an F550 Chassis and a GAS engine, which I think would be a 3-valve V10. If it were a diesel, my Guess would be a 6.7 PowerStroke. I'd suspect it was de-tuned from pickup truck ratings, but not positive about much on the diesels.
